The host, Eric, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the accommodation features a relaxing bath.

It was a really great stay during christmas to Quebec City. Our bed was comfortable and had hypoallergenic pillows.

Host treated us very well. It had a fridge, a microwave oven, and climate control to use. The location was particularly good and amazing in the middle of the city. Nothing too much trouble, didn't want to leave.

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at The Modern Cocoon during Christmas. We were thrilled to experience our first ever White Christmas together in a perfect setting. The property had everything we needed and more, and coming back after a day of exploring was just lovely. The secure car park was also a huge plus, especially since we didn't have to dig our car out of the snow. We absolutely loved it!

our second stay in quebec city, but this time at a longer stay at a lovely property. modern cocoon was just perfect! it had everything we needed and more, making our white christmas unforgettable. the secure car park and convenient location were a bonus. highly recommend!
